Property is let for a term of 18 years at yearly rent of £1.13.6. plus six pence in the pound receiver's fees. Refers to covenant in earlier lease (dated 23 November 1739) from Edward Matthews and Leslie Hamilton to Nathaniel Greer under which it is stated that Greer or his heirs would receive a renewal of lease on lands of Mowillin each time a renewal was granted for 28 townlands in Toaghy held by the [Trinity?] College of Dublin.
