Agreement between the Ulster Transport Authority, 10 Royal Avenue, Belfast and the Urban District Council of Newry, granting permission for the erection of a sign at the edge of the footpath on the west side of The Mall, Newry, bearing the words 'Queue here for Bessbrook'.
