Correspondence exchanged between Newry Town Clerk (and Assistant Town Clerk) and the Ministry of Finance (including Robert R. Black, architect), relating to the Ministry of Labour's use of the hospital portion of the old military barracks, Linenhall Square, Newry, as a centre for the training of returning ex-servicemen as building trade operatives, and for other vocational classes.
