Description

Brief indicating pleadings on behalf of the Crown in the case of the Right Honourable Attorney General and John Thomas Cramer against Roger Hall. Provides outline of case under which renewal of lease on property comprising two acres of ground in the townland of Ringmacilroy, Warrenpoint, County Down, is in contention; Hall states that he has no fore knowledge of Cramer who in turn claims a right to hold the property which was let to his great grandfather Ambrose Cramer by lease of 1759 at annual rent of £10, for three lives with perpetual renewal.
