Draft conveyance between Hugh Edward Simms, Canal Street, Newry, County Down, on the one part and William Aubrey Wylie, 15 Trevor Hill, Newry, on the other part, for the purchase by Wylie from Simms, all that and those the hereditaments and premises on the west side of Canal Street, Newry containing in front to said street thirty five feet six inches, situate in the town of Newry, Parish of Newry, all that and those tenement and premises comprised in and conveyed by the recited Indenture of Conveyance of 10 April 1889, all that and those the aforesaid plot of ground and premises so comprised in the said recited deed poll or endorsement of the said recited indenture of lease of the 13 April 1732 and which premises are also with other comprised in and granted by the said recited indenture of 17 June 1880, all that and those the said lot of parcel of ground being part of Crawford's park, formerly taken by Mr Ralph Howard and containing half an acre situate on the west side of the road leading from Newry to Tadgragee in the Lordship of Newry, County Armagh.
