Notice to tenants that the Land Judges of the High Court of Justice, Ireland, have ordered a sale of part of the lands of Loughorne, including a portion of the bog in Castle Enigan, all now known on the Ordnance Survey as part of the townland of Loughorne, containing 151a. 2r. 25p., statute measure, or thereabouts, situate in the Barony or Lordship of Newry, County Down, held in fee simple, in the matter of the Estate of David Martin, owner; ex parte Anne Erskine, petitioner and in the matter of the Estate of John Martin, a lunatic, by W.H. Lawlor, the Committee of his Person and Estate, and David Martin, owners; ex parte Hugh Dunbar McMaster, Rev'd Archibald Acheson McMaster, and Robert Henry Munce, petitioners. The notice informs any person that if they wish to make an objection they must lodge a written objection with the Clerk of the Records of the court, on or before the 3 June 1895.
